Currently, the world and business move via the ease and connectivity that technology offers us via digital tools such as mobile applications. There are companies that have created products that are renowned at a world level through their application, such as in the case of Uber. At Viapin we have participated in projects in which contactability, consultancy and technical support allowed us to reach a specific section of drivers registered both in Colombia and Mexico, to offer them assistance in the registration process and to help them with their activation.

Uber is an international company that provides their clients with a private transport network, via the software of their mobile application (app).
PROJECT
The contactability project which was carried out via our contact center by means of telephone monitoring, offered support and assistance in the registration process and the activation of users registered on the platform.
RESULTS
- Number of results generated: Colombia 42,490 – Mexico 17,316.
- 4 percentage point increase in the quantity of activated users.
- Identification of the principal factors for which drivers were not activating their accounts.
